CONDITIONS OF RENTAL
The following definitions, terms and conditions of rental cover the equipment as will be defined per project.
Definition of Time Period
Day of pick up or shipment to return by end of day.
1 to 3 days - minimum
4 to 9 days - 1 week
10 to 16 days - 2 weeks
17 to 23 days - 3 weeks
24 to 33 days - 1 month
33 days and previous increments for subsequent time
RENTER will agreed to these conditions by signing, dating and returning a copy of this agreement to Traffic Engineering Services, Inc. (TES).
- Renter is responsible for inspection of equipment and reporting of any shipping damage within 24 hours of receipt. Both TES and the freight carrier should be notified.
- Renter is responsible for the installation, use and maintenance of the equipment.
- Theft, loss and damage are the sole responsibility of the Renter.
- Renter shall hold TES blameless for any liability charged as a result of the use of equipment.
- Replacement of damaged or lost equipment will be made at the current TES list price less 10%.
- Renter shall return equipment in same condition as it way supplied, with the exception of normal wear due to use.
- Renter is responsible for all costs related to returning of same equipment to TES.
